Patin Baubar.

One of the most iconic dish or grilled fish is Patin Baubar. Ikan Patin is similar to Catfish (ikan lele). With delicate meat it's perfect for grilling. Patin Baubar has a lot of mix spices from the region. First, the fish is steamed with banana leaf and then grilled over charcoal or wood fire and enjoyed with hot and fresh white rice.
